The campaign to pass Rosie’s Law in Texas is led by abortion funds.
Frontera Fund provides financial and practical support for abortion care to Rio Grande Valley community members seeking abortion care locally, RGV community members seeking abortion care outside of the RGV, and people traveling to the RGV for abortion care — regardless of immigration status, gender identity, ability, sexual orientation, race, class, age, or religous affilitation. Lilith Fund provides financial assistance and emotional support while building community spaces for people who need abortions in the central and southern regions of Texas—unapologetically, with compassion and conviction. Through organizing and movement-building, we foster a positive culture around abortion, strengthen people power, and fight for reproductive justice in and with our communities. Follow us @lilithfund.
Texas Equal Access Fund (TEA Fund) provides financial and emotional support to people who need or have had abortions in north, east, and west Texas, including the Panhandle. Every year since 2005, TEA Fund’s Helpline and Text Line connect thousands of Texans to abortion resources and support networks. TEA Fund supports people who are seeking abortion and cannot afford it, while simultaneously working to end barriers to abortion access through community education and shifting the current culture toward reproductive justice.
